The United States Is Declining Like Ancient Rome

I don't think the United States will fall anytime soon, but in this scenario it is. The United States is one of the most advanced countries at the moment, so it doesn't seem likely that we would. Our country is advanced in a lot of different departments; military, technology, and economics. Since our country has one of the best militaries with some of the best advancements, I don't feel that this will be our downfall, unless of course North Korea or Russia decided to nuke us or something. I know that in case we at any point pissed Russia off, they have missiles or nukes that'll take out our main military bases in a matter of hours. This would be the only thing that I could see our downfall being from our military. Our technology is advanced too, such as creating new machines to do harder tasks for us or creating machines to take us places faster such as the plane, and now we are trying to build trains and subways that get to far places in a matter of an hour or so. The main thing that could makes us decline is if machines and AI's ever start an uprising against us and overthrow us. Our economics is by far one of the best or even the best. The unemployment rate for our country is around 3.6%, one of the lowest numbers our country has had in its history. Our finances with debt could be better, but we are trying to pay that off steadily. That's the only type of downfall I see being caused is that we don't pay the money we borrow back from a country and they come in and take us down by surprise, but we still hav our advanced military. Let's say all three of these things happened at once, Russia and North Korea teamed up and took down our best military bases, AI's began an uprising as we are at war with the two countries, and our economy is falling due to both. The affect of this, I see is another kind of Great Depression, except in an apocalyptic society that is trying to protect themselves against two strong forces as life becomes harder due to our economy falling. In all honesty, if this ever happened, I don't think that there is anyway out of it. We'd all probably die and the United States would fall, just like Rome did.

Presentation Day #1

Today we had shortened mods because we had a mental health assembly. So, with the class only being forty-five minutes long, we only got through one presentation. It took ten minutes to get prepared to start presenting and then ten minutes to get the first project setup and ready to go. I thought that their project was pretty good. I just didn't wanna eat any food because I was not hungry and as of late my stomach is extremely sensitive. I don't know if tomorrow will be the day Sam and I get to present because we were listed as to go fourth, but Katie and Grace had food so they got pushed to second and we got pushed down to fifth. It's not like I care when we get present, as long as we get to go, I'll be fine. There's three other groups ahead of us, so we will most likely go Tuesday, but we could go tomorrow depending on how fast some of these projects go.
